That left ribbon of blueskin has been up since the week before Christmas. They have been installing at maybe a rate of 12 ft/week.

I say this as I watch them work from my window. Would love to see this finish soon but I'm not optimistic.

Just think of the Christmas present that will be unwrapped when those tarps and scaffold come down. I can only assume the upper portion will be more or less fully completed with the reveal. In the meantime the corner spire will showcase the materials finish. Hopefully there is no downgrade to what was presented initially.

I do wish there was a bit more contrast between the horizontal elements and the vertical brick columns. The renders show a contrast but in reality their almost identical in colour. It's only the texture that gives them a bit of a colour gradient with shadowing. Nothing too drastic but the horizontal elements should be a shade or two lighter. I'd say the brick could be a shade or two darker but I rather like it as is. Perhaps a half shade of each.

I can say the same thing about Azure Westboro. Those horizontal fins need more definition from the rest of the window mullions.

I agree. If we're bothering putting in these types of elements, make them standout. Azure looks really cool when you're right on it, but the effect is totaly lost from a distance.

Podium is top notch at least! Tower potion is a bit dependant on the lighting but it shouldn't need to be.

If we can get Gladstone bread factory and the twins at the curling club going this year there is a lot to look forward too.

Agreed, one of the best podiums in town. Certainly the best on Scott.

I'd add the first tower from the Brigil project on Catherine, and Ascent 2 to that list. At least one tower of two of the four projects would be nice.

It looks like at least some of the units are completed. They've moved their showroom from the leased space next to the gas station into the building itself. Exterior still has patchy blueskin on the turret, although they had a crane installing some architectural detail a couple of weeks ago. Beyond that, the top half is still behind white tarp hoarding so not sure the progress on that. I've heard they're waiting for warmer weather to finish the exterior.

Cobalt on RFC Discord is reporting that they've started mobilization (fencing and trailer).
