I was driving a long San Felipe Street today and noticed a Notice of Public Hearing sign posted at The Hallmark.

This one is back from the dead? Unless if a different developer snatched up the land and this isn't the senior living high-rise proposal?

The Hallmark to Expand Luxury Senior Living Campus in Houston
