Cool that 3 of the units are 3 levels.
Presumably the Granville St. numbering takes from the 725 Granville office address on the plaza.
So..
The new plaza entrance will be 731 Granville (3 levels - Simons?)
The old Nordstrom entrance will be 735 Granville (2 levels)
The Robson corner will be 799 Granville (3 levels)
Aritzia will be the 799 Robson address.

The new entrance on Granville mid-block will not have an address (assuming it's still being built) and presumably connects to the plaza side 731 Granville entrance. The new plaza entrance isn't prominent enough for a 3 level store on its own.

I assume based on their placement along Granville it will be:

Tenant 1 (Granville Street and possible access to the current mall entrance at Robson) 791 Granville (they labelled that entrance 701 on the Site Plan)
Tenant 2 799 Robson Aritzia
Tenant 3 (The largest tenant with a new entrance on Granville mid-block and Georgia Plaza) 735 Granville?
Tenant 4 (Georgia St Plaza) 701 Granville?

My revised GUESS at the interior layout.
Demising walls could be completely different on upper levels (as they are at Toronto Eaton Centre Nordstrom).
I'm surprised that Tenant 3 doesn't have an address of 765 Granville St. or similar for the mid-block entrance.
... and I find it weird that Tenant 3 has no entrance on Howe or Robson.

He thinks the other 3 retailers are Simons, Uniqlo and Zara.

Seems weird that he would bury that kind of news at the bottom of the article and not naming Uniqlo and Zara like it's some kind of mystery who the top fast fashion retailers are in those countries.

It's weird how people interpret or their understanding of news, I've read comments elsewhere that the old Nordstorm is becoming an Aritzia like they believe its taking over the whole space.

Anyway I imagine this Aritzia will have a cafe, I watched a news report from CNBC about how all these fashion brands are opening cafes inside their stores, like Coach, Uniqlo, Ralph Lauren, Louis Vuitton etc and they mentioned that Aritzia has 13 cafes in their North American stores, AFAIK the only Cafe in Canada is the Guildford store location. the concept seems very popular in Asia.

Vancouver does have the Maison Kitsune cafe which was primarily a fashion brand.

There is a Coach one in Jakarta that has a cafe and a separate full restaurant.
