This now has an unofficial 2025 start date and 2028 completion, has there been any official permitting updates that reflect?

It's all but dead in the permitting process. The site plan has not had any updates since September 2023.

Signs of life for something at this site. A site plan revision was filed today. But no details yet.

This is a separate project, an alleyway divides them apart. Pearlstone owns the portion along East Avenue.

I can't find any info about 62 Rainey on any City development sites. Even if it's just a temporary stage for SXSW, it would need to be permitted. I also checked for different addresses if 62 is not being used.
