These are rentals now I seen a few ads on instagram and I believe Urbanicity even did a paid advertisement or promotion about these rentals. So did they cancel on condo purchasers at the last minute and then switch to rentals? Or is there a mix of both rentals and owned units?

Formal Consultation has been submitted to build 25 and 28 story buildings (combined 602 units) behind the Dundurn Lofts which were completed in 2019. All images taken from UT.
