It's nice to see the power poles are all buried here (I see this is mentioned above).

With all the power outages HRM's urban areas get, I don't know why developers aren't required to underground. Wasn't this supposed to happen at the 'Sister sites'?

^Clayton Development is hit and miss with burying utilities in it's new developments. This one is fully underground. In suburban areas like West Bedford it's decided on a street-by-street basis.

Some good news on the buried utilities front. The permits are in place to bury some of the last power lines in Central Downtown around Skye Halifax.
