To be honest, the high-rise residential tower portion of this building(1072 West Peachtree) is quite similar in style to the previously canceled Opus Place project, but the lower office building section and the parking deck levels are an absolute massive failure. The design is not only tacky and ugly, but the materials also feel very disjointed and lack overall stylistic unity—this is a problem that pretty much anyone with knowledge of architecture can spot at a glance. Frankly, I don't quite understand the taste and the thought process of the developer and the architect. It feels like this project is kind of a waste of money and just throwing cash away.
