SL Green will also be building a Summit Times Square at 1515 Broadway. The whole building will be redeveloped. There's even a proposal for a Times Square area High Line-type attraction.

They’re planning ”Summits” around the world now. Doubt they woukd put one here, with 2 others in Midtown.
