Just drove by this site a few weeks ago but don't think they had started here yet. Reading the article, it's crazy they are still proposing to build an office building.

It officially broke ground last week. The site was cleared years ago so ground/foundation work is in progress before vertical construction can begin early next year. I drive by it everyday to on my lunch break.

Baltimore's Rashfield Phase II.

Pic is about 1 1/2 months old. The outline of the cement pathways are now visible so the park is starting to take final shape in the upcoming months ahead of it's June/July grand opening

Foundational pile driving is well underway for the Key Bridge replacement

The main pylons will be 609’ tall with a main span of 1665' (second only the the Gordie Howe Bridge), so this is a substantial civil engineering undertaking. The bridge will massively impact the cities skyline, as it will be the tallest free-standing structure in city come 2030 completion.

It is amazing that after about 15 years of this, people are still willing to be scammed by (F)Elon.

The Ravens’ mysterious collab with Elon Musk’s tunnel company ends before it begins

By Daniel Zawodny

"A Baltimore Ravens/Elon Musk tunnel project never left the station this week.

A project called “Ravens Loop” is one of three selected Tuesday by Musk’s The Boring Co. to be eligible for construction on the company’s dime.

The company put out a call for pitches in January as part of its “Tunnel Vision Challenge” for any kind of tunnel project (pedestrian, utility, a travel lane for Teslas, etc.) up to a mile long..."

Yeah, I'm glad the city/Ravens promptly washed their hands off with the proposal.
