Promises to the mayor notwithstanding, Holborn doesn't seem in any rush to market Little Mountain. They built a presentations centre months ago and it has just been sitting behind hoarding. No details on their generic website either.

that rental building on Main is finally occupied! also in addition to the above mentioned Cafe .... a Dominoes has taken the last retain unit.

Do we have to wait until LM is 100% built out to see Holborn go ahead with the 315m tower on W. Georgia?
Or can they be simultaneous?

It's a miniscule project probably in comparison so I doubt it matters. I guess selling the units in the other West Georgia towers for capital flow is probably more important.
