Red face TORONTO | 45-47 Sheppard Ave. E | 636, 564, 522, 344 FT. | 59, 53, 49, 30 FLOORS

This four-tower proposal, in North York, is unreasonable in scope for the area, imo. This is directly adjacent to single-family homes.

Info and renders thanks to UT

Quote:
45-47 Sheppard Avenue East is a proposed development of residential towers reaching 30, 49, 53, and 59 storeys into the air a short walk east of Sheppard-Yonge subway station in Willowdale. Designed by B+H Architects for Lev Living, the development would replace 2 mid-rise office buildings with no commercial space other than just over two thousand square metres of retail at ground level.
