Bat Cave?

It will be interesting to see what projects pop up in the areas around 183/Mopac in the coming years with the ongoing expansion of the Domain area and the upcoming redevelopment of the northwest corner of that intersection.

I'd like to see an overhaul of Aboretum Crossing (where Dave & Busters remains) expand out Gateway Shopping Center and up Stone Lake Blvd (from 183 N Frontage up to Braker) to Pickle West/possible MD Anderson campus). With the exception of Whole Foods, most of those parking lots sit pretty empty any given day.

I believe there is activity happening around the Dave & Busters location. That is what drove my comment on more density in the area.

There are no development plans on file with the City. But they previously received a ZC for 350' building heights, and there is a site plan awaiting approval for partial demolition of the site and construction of two roads. The outlined portion is set for demo:

Not that I could find. I'm thinking if anything, It'll match the current hotel facade giving it'll only be 8 stories.

This is behind a paywall, but it has a basic plan for the expansion alongside Esperanza Crossing. Not a schematic, per se.

I cant get past the paywall but the article did state that it was in the warehouse area and could be 40 stories tall.

The article is referencing a zoning change from yesterday's CC meeting in the N. Burnet Gateway area - 420' in this case. There is no project planned. The ABJ tends to write articles about tower plans when their is only a zoning change.

Demo work in progress W Braker Ln & Kramer Ln

Corner of Kramer Ln and W Braker Ln:
I didn't get any photos, but the demolition work is almost complete for the properties where Culver's and Copenhagen Imports was located. I think this is going to be a five story apartment building with around 396 units.
