Deloitte's lawsuit on a couple of issues for the 16 month delay in occupancy:

i. Under s. 3.6(c)(i) of the lease, what rental relief does the tenant receive for “Landlord Delay”?; and

ii. Under ss. 3.6(d) and (e), who decides whether there was “a palpable and overriding error” in the Building Architect’s assessment of the extent of “Landlord Delay”?

Maybe a new tenant there was no logo on there as of July 2024.

Another school is taking 6-8 so maybe it's not Northeastern.

I also noticed that the Westbank piano has been relegated to the back of the lobby and a new seating area has been installed up front - seems well used.
