I was a few seconds too late to capture any of the sun in last night's sunset. Yesterday's high was 8.9 and the low 3.5. We had a couple of hard frosts this past week which has put an end to our garden annuals. Most of November has been trending below normal but I don't think that we've had any sub zero temps at the local EC weather station yet. December 5th is a ways out but TWN is forcasting 1-3 cm of snow for that day with a high of 1 and a low of -1.

+6C and partly cloudy in Moncton at noon time. The high today was supposed to be +4C, so, we've already blown through that!

It's been pretty seasonable to slightly below this week, with highs 7-10 degrees. Was up to 18 last weekend but windy. Today is beautiful, 8 and sunny with no wind. A great day for yard work, now that the leaves have fallen everyone is out cutting the grass for the final time this year.

Nice day today in Cowtown. Yesterday +12, today +14. But it is late November, so enjoy while it lasts. Doing my final yard cleanup this weekend.

4C and mainly sunny. Probably the best day in about 2 weeks and even then, it was only seasonal. It would be great if we could join the fun on above normal temps nationwide.

Low of -1C (wind chill of -3) last night.

The warmspot was Lytton, BC at 14.0C.

Warmest low was Saturna Island, BC at 10.4C.

-1C and sunny in Moncton at 10 AM, only getting up to +2C this afternoon.

It will get as warms as +10C later this week with some rain. No snow in the seven day forecast period.

Always good when it's a nice day on the weekend. Was so calm that it made sense to go to Niagara for the Festival of Lights. So comfortable. Even driving the go karts without gloves on was fine.

And we've barely gone below zero this month yet both my nozzles and the splitter failed. I last used it them two weeks ago and no problem. These are nozzles are from Dollarama and they usually last 2 or 3 seasons. I just don't understand how they all failed at the same time. I tightened the screws and it didn't matter.

It was a chilly (3-4C) sunny day with big fluffy clouds that led to stretches of 15-30 mins of a colder, darker day.

This photo was interesting and captivating (I took me a bit of time before noticing it was a dog walker), reminded me of a painting, an impressionist painting, googled a bit...And yes looks like a Claude Monet painting.
Also learned from ask google that blurry images is a thing, did you purposely take this image like that ?

And back to crap..

1C and snowing. No accumulation but I am already sick of already. It's now been 2 weeks straight of below average weather.

Low of -4C (wind chill of -8) last night.

The warmspot was Portage, MB at 13.8C.

Warmest low was Race Rocks, BC at 8.7C.

And it continues in Montreal.
This is the 11th snow day in November 2025, must be close to a record or is a record amount of snow days for the month of November.

Nope. It was one of a bunch of shots headed for the trash (see below) and then the worst one caught my eye so I thought maybe I could play with it a bit.

One of the best distorted and abstract impressionist-like shots on this thread was years ago when SHH posted a shot on his street (in his older neighbourhood)
through his ice covered car window. It was sublime. I've searched for it in this thread and the older one but can't find it.

-1C and partly cloudy in Moncton at 9 AM, going up to +2C this afternoon. There is about a 30$ chance of flurries today.

10cm of snow today, winter is here finally. Looks like December could be a cold one, lots of talk about the Polar Vortex making an appearance.

That damn Polar Vortex always slides over North America and completely forgets about Europe. This sucks! FUCK this! European weather is utterly miserable! :inferno:

Let all of us Canadians woosh the polar vortex over to Italy for the willing recipient.

Here, Mr. Tancredi. A shot from the balcony.
