looks like those blue seats have been smashed, was there debris falling ?
well as long as everything is ready for 2027 for an Outdoor hockey game or a Grey Cup.
Or... well you know.
They really don't need the covering that bad, they can play some events for a year or so with the technical ring in place and the roof in a solid position.
One seat in the upper level is painted yellow to recognize a home run hit by Willie Stargell, the longest home run ever hit in the stadium.
