Brigil has really slowed down. They are wrapping up the second tower on Baseline, the mid rise at Canevas, and the fourth tower at Petrie's, but haven't broken ground on anything new like Mooney's Bay, Catherine Street, 1299 Richmond, 2829 Dumaurier, or 210 Rue Papineau. It looks like they will be without a single u/c mid/highrise project very soon.
