I don't follow Surrey that closely so not sure if this is new or not. Or if this thread includes Gateway Station or not

It was announced on here a while back but it didn't have renders, these look good, maybe a little Burnaby style of Tower in a park setting, less urban, but suits the area. hopefully doesn't take more than 5 years till it starts.

I agree a school could be an excellent idea for that spot; especially building 3 with its proximity to the Whalley Athletic Park below.

I drove past the other night, there is signage or a banner at the site that says something like future site of SFU hospital or whatever it will be called. The banner or sign is recent, cause I don't recall seeing it before, I pass the site a few times a week.

The site itself is completely demolished, I never pay attention as I am driving and not able to get a proper look, I'm pretty sure it was just a pile of rubble, but it seems like a lot of the rubble may have been removed.
