On one hand, it's frustrating that this makes us 1-3 on food hall proposals, and sees a space that would have potentially housed local spots become one massive space for an outside brand.
On the other hand, the club itself in Nashville is interesting, featuring a nice restaurant with a small stage and a "honky tonk" bar(which feels like they're playing fast and loose with that term). That's something I think the old post office could do well with, and we can always use more space for music in this city.
I have to assume the initially pitched food hall concept wasn't catching on, but I thought it would be cool to enhance that part of downtown with more casual food options.
What are y'alls thoughts?

I would have preferred the food hall with a bunch of local businesses. But, what I want may not align with what most other people want. I imagine that this place will bring more foot traffic than the food hall would have. So it may prove to be the better option in the long run.
