Coming back from Southern Shore approaching Ruby Line this morning I saw the electronic sign that had indicated Construction/Closure ahead on Rte 3/Pitts wasn't there. Sure enough the roundabouts are now open. I'm not sure when it happened, but must be in last few days.
I continued my travels downtown on Pitts... only to find construction Still ongoing
