Yep, but I hope not too many are cancelled due to market conditions, or that said conditions will improve. There haven't been any major starts in quite some time.

Yeah, only some rentals are starting up now... condos aren't going anywhere for the time being.

Ottawa core skyline is in for a some serious change in a few months when Odenak and Marriott Renaissance are topped out.

From Hoggytime on Skyrise, Ottawa West River future skyline. This would be from Sherbourne to Bayshore stations. A few towers on Carling and Baseline as well a bit further out, top-left. Green is u/c, yellow is approved and red is proposed.
