Museum: Rosgartenmuseum
Located: Konstanz, DE
Architect: Unknown circa 1324

Konstanz sits near the northern tip of Lake Constance (Bodensee) adjacent to Switzerland. During WWII they didn't black out and confused Allied pilots into thinking it was a Swiss town. As a result many very old buildings like this civic museum survive intact. It was originally a guild hall and was made into a museum in 1870. The Victorian exhibits survives on the ground floor.

It looks like they further damaged the building with this display!

That is correct! I felt it was well-designed for its purpose, with the galleries being an enclosed pedestrian bridge away from the entry building.
