This has always been my one issue with this building; otherwise I like it quite a bit. It's the same thing with all-glass buildings; they don't look as tall as buildings of the same height that have clearly delineated windows. I like tall buildings that are designed to look tall. Art Deco buildings look even taller than they actually are because they stress the verticality through design shape and decorative features. The top half of this building does the opposite.
