DENVER | Upton Residences (18th & Glenarm) | 400 FT | 38 & 32 FLOORS

These have been known about for awhile and should be starting construction soon. Developer is Amacon, architect is Davis Partnership Architects.

Quote:
The parking lot at 18th and Glenarm is now closed with a fence around the property. When looking at all the permits filed with the city, in addition to the closed lot, it is a good sign that construction is on the horizon for Amacon’s twin-tower condo project. As a refresher, this project will feature two towers, one 38-story tower containing 270 for-sale condo homes and one 32-story tower containing 191 for-sale condo homes. In total, that’s 461 for-sale condos.

Nice! Glad to see Denver back in the mix!

Love the density, like the aesthetics from a distance, don't like the fact that it's on a parking podium.

Downtown Denver has a long way to go but these towers are removing some of the many surface lots and will be a nice addition.

Thanks for the picture, RDS, I love how this project is changing the streetscape in this section of the CBD and look forward to the next phase on the other half of the block.
