Sounds great. If it's built to full height, it will act as a connection to the Inner Harbor skyline. One building at a time and we could see a longer/connected skyline. And that would be cool.

Renders of the proposed building were released ahead of the zoning review January 25th.
The owner is of the property is Extended Management Co., based in Newark, New Jersey. They developed the 30-story apartment tower, 111 Varick, in Manhattan.
NYC developer is having meetings with Little Italy community to get vote to allow city to upzone parking lot from C-5DE (125’ height limit) to C-5 (no height limit) to build an apartment tower.
