This is absolutely beautiful. I used to work for Hi! Neighbor (yes they spelled it the American way) and I'm very much aware of their former building and it languishing after they left.
My second thought though is that this will be smashed or broken into in no time due to its location. Hi! Neighbour left this vacation after many many years due to having issues downtown and customers not wanting to go to their downtown location. They're on Pillette now.

It's interesting because I worked at Hi! Neighbor probably 2 years ago and even they were aware of it turning into some sort of bakery back then but they didn't know much else.
