If we want both terminating M-Line trains and short Langley trains, then we need the 4th platform.

Currently platform 2 at Lougheed is quite busy with layover Expo train, as well as occasionally M-Line trains to Lafarge when platform 1 is in use. Even that, it often feels Lougheed may need another platform...
