Recently posted on Youtube, from 1982...

Several familiar faces in this promo, including John Davidson, father of the late Jesse Davidson and creator of Jesse's Journey. Jay Campbell still fills in occasionally on this channel, I saw him one of the last times I was in London.

Eric Sorensen is familiar to anyone who watches Global National, as he is their Washington correspondent. Love how they call him "Anchorman" here.

^neat, although it sounds like a hornet's nest.

That's pretty awesome. I wonder how he managed to get the camera to remain so stable?

Thanks for the great vids.

Never really went to Gibson Park much but certainly Springbank. Even when I was growing up, Storybrook Gardens was truly a place of wonder.

Vid showing the 'zombie' city

London's sadly not alone in this but shows what we as a society are dealing with. Ex- I visited Thunder Bay recently. That place was ROUGH even compared to London.

It's quite sad, I went to high school downtown and at times it felt rough but never felt unsafe. That was not that long ago...now going to even Knights games, etc it feels totally different, some areas are so bad.

I know this is not just a London thing, but its really bad not sure what the answer is but what we are doing today is clearly not the answer.
