Dwelling units don't seem correct. I thought the number of rooms was in the range of 600.

No, it's been around 1,800 for the past couple of years or so.

I wonder if 1029' could be a solid roof under the parapet or occupied height. Probably not though if the floor count went down by one.

A mild disappointment but glad to have this back on track.

We will see. Could be a redesign of the top. There are still 3 levels in the observation deck, but maybe it no longer slopes.

……….One mile to the west, a very different looking hotel will rise over the Theatre District. Suffolk is working with developer Extell there to put up an 825-room “supertall” hotel. What makes the building unique isn’t the height — though it will approach nearly 1,100 feet, or 52 stories. It’s the spiraled X-like shape of the building, inspired to some extent by the torch held by the Statue of Liberty, thus earning the “Torch” nickname. (Plus there will be a “drop ride” stretching along the tower’s spine.)

Fish considers it to be one of Suffolk’s one-of-a-kind structures, like the tower the company built for the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel in Fort Lauderdale that’s shaped like a giant guitar.

Fish expects to generate $2.2 billion in revenue out of Suffolk’s Boston projects this year, out of $8.5 billion in total, and a similar amount next year. But the revenue coming from New York will soon surpass those levels. Fish credits his team there, led by Ralph Esposito, whom Fish recruited from LendLease in 2020, three years after Suffolk entered the city.

Photos 1,2,5, and 6 are AI and not "enhancements" of actual renderings. One just looks similar to a certain rendering

The only thing that really seems unfeasible here IMO is the green wall that's open to the elements at this elevation. If they can pull this off then I would be pleased with it/impressed. While its not the best, I hope its a start to more "Fun" buildings with rooftop elements that are open to the public such as bars, restaurants, ETC (yes, I know we have some already however in a city of our caliber there should be much more)

Too much greenery up there would get in the way of the view.

I know this is a long shot, but does anyone have the blueprints for the building, by any chance? I'm creating the 3D model, and based on the data I have, some things just aren't adding up.

This is purely out of curiosity, because with all the data in this thread—and by the way, endless thanks as always to NYguy—I have more than enough for what I'm preparing. The thing is, while I've been modeling the building, I've found some discrepancies and inconsistencies that don't seem minor, and I just wanted to cross-reference. But like I said, it's not a big deal.
