Place des Gouverneurs' next phases will probably need a complete redesign based on Ottawa's much different built form and transit options. Could be 5 to 10 years to come up with a new proposal, followed by another 10 to 15 years before the build.
Richcraft has a slow and steady approach, and when they finally do build, it's usually very well executed.
