Building assembly line started at the Rosewood Avana project. After passing it numerous times I finally stopped to get a shot of the condo project in Harbour Landing building 2 more of the buildings already in that location. It has ground floor indoor parking. Roundabout construction started for the Grand Coulee exit, traffic detoured to the new ramp on the east side.

The two most ideal spots for a new west downtown hotel would be the Capital Pit spot or the Empire Hotel property. I heard a rumor that a hotel is slated for the Empire land, but just a rumor at this point.
I have heard nothing about the Capital Pit land for a couple years, as it continues to sit idle year after year...

It's a park full of baseball diamonds where they play baseball. That picture was pretty self-explanatory, no?

With all the bypass land hubbub Pacers Park never seems to get mentioned. The old park was removed to make room for the bypass. A land consortium that bought up a bunch of land for a song where the bypass goes before it was announced. Sold the new Pacers Park back to the province for a considerable profit.

He has for about 20 years.
Probably happy to continue to operate the land as surface parking.

And all the reality of the world, he is not going to build nothing there. Maybe a two story walk up

Some life coming to the empty lot on Hill Avenue.

Phase 1 will have an ice cream kiosk and some seating. Looks like phase 2 will expand upon that.

Is that the lot on Pasqua or the one at Argyle?

Thanks. Is there a link to a development plan? I am surprised there aren't bigger plans for that parcel. It's a community hub and leases in the mall are hard to come by which is pretty rare in Regina.

If they created something more full like STACKT market in Toronto, that would be cool. I am guessing the plan is to get the former Automotive spot programmed/in use for the interim until a larger development happens.
