Infinity *is* downtown, just at its eastern edge. It's a 5-7 minute walk to the centre of downtown. Fundy Quay to Kings Square in terms of distance. I think some people were being a bit over-the-top about their concerns about Infinity looking out of place.

The issue isn't the distance, it's simply that 300m of underdeveloped space separating Infinity from Marriott/Blue Cross. Won't look any more out of place than Three Sisters imo.
