Crain's also mentions there'll be 3,273 units, 350k sqft of office, 435k sqft of retail, 250k sqft for hotel, and 12 acres of park space. That's basically the same amount of residential density Sterling Bay proposed for the northern site (3500 units). To clear up any confusion, this will still be one of the densest areas of the city with over 100k ppl/sq mi!
