Judging by the extent of disassembly on the old Wilkinson Steel shed on the west side of Olympic Village, it must have been taken within the last couple of weeks.

If it lasts longer than 4 hours, talk to your doctor about it.

Either that, or brag about it to all your friends.

(*sorry.
I couldn't help myself.
I'll go sit by myself in the corner over there and think about what I've done)

Not the prettiest of buildings, but from the renderings I’ve seen, the interiors are good, which is what counts in a hospital.

I look forward to the surrounding buildings and some trees to soften this mass

But it's a hospital, there's a lot of residential starting to be proposed in the vicinity. This is all good for an area that needs reclamation.

I know the function of a hospital isn't to look pretty from the outside, but it sure is another project where my respect for architects is tarnished

I hope many of the blank spaces can be utilized with colour banners or even art.

I disagree that a hospital’s aesthetic isn’t important. This monstrosity is soul crushing depressing. Also, as stated before you could’ve made this look a lot more pleasing for less money than what they spent

The function over form combined with the sheer scale of this building gives nuclear power plant vibes to me.
