Starting to peek out, seen from the side of the art museum. It's going to have a great impact on the UC skyline from this angle.

Toward the rear of the photo, up to floor number 20. At the front of the photo up to floor 18. Ten floors til topping out (roof is floor 30 as per the permits.) 7 floors til top of the bulk of the massing (floor 27 is the last full size floor).

As a note for floor counts, there are a lot of skipped numbers due to mezzanine and mechanical floors. I believe 23 floors in the title refers to the number of occupied floors, but it's more so equivalent to 30 floors. Height in the title is correct, so no difference expected there

Floor numbers source:

This thing's a total beast!!

I worked in this area for 6 years, the Pavilion is gonna be overshadowed by this nice and shiny building real quick.

12/10

I believe this is almost topped out. I think the mechanical/helipad partial floors are all that's left, but the floor numbers are weird and could be miscounting

Roof looks complete, looks like the two stories above are currently being constructed, along with the bulkhead. More progress in almost two weeks than the housing development across the street from me in Lawnside, NJ

This thing pops up from some places on the parkway and the art museum, definitely adds to the sense of scale of University City and the city as a whole.

A little more variety in the height of these buildings would put University City on a whole other level. Still impressive though!
