Bristol estates is finally all fenced off and being demolished. For well over a year there must’ve been less than 5 units occupied in that whole development.

I think it's called Coma, its between the Hub and the hospital on KGH. Trees coffee is opening in one of the retail spots.

Trees already has a location on University Blvd. Are they opening a 2nd location in Surrey Central or simply moving?

Yeah a second one, the other is always packed, Surrey needs more spots like this. Trees itself is expanding, they are opening in Burquitlam and Gilmore/Brentwood.

that building on 104th, the one that set empty for decades is being painted, it's now black, white and grey. Front part done so far, looking ok.

Yes, and they also did some window (and door?) replacements a few weeks ago already.
