Oooh looking really good. Even those "off-colour" panels (? solar) don't bother me as much as they used to. Such a centrepiece for what will definitely be an amazing area in a few years. Adisoke + War Museum + Arena (assuming they do a good job) and this area will have some of the nicest landmark buildings in the city.

The panels look very striking when the sun hits them directly

Wasn't sure about those panels initially, but they've grown on me.

Yeah, poor Edmonton. Such a travesty. The original design wasn't great, but wasn't offensive either. I don't understand how this happened.

Very nice. Hopefully having it under the overhang will protect it somewhat.

Reminder of what Adisoke will replace.

It's for lease starting January 2027, looks like they are planning to update the facade.

They are not selling it for development anymore? It screams a need for more density.

It is physically connected to the office building next door. I would assume it can’t easily be redeveloped separately.

Pretty sure they did sell it, though I never saw any confirmation that the deal closed.

Agreed. Any such use, or some sort of entertainment destination (for the love of God, bring a RecRoom to Ottawa). I don't think it's well suited to office space.

I'm sure it went through. I don't think this is how the City would deal with finding a new tenant if they still owned it. I am surprised that the leasing document doesn't have the owner's identity.

I'm pretty sure this will be #2 in my Canada Super Library Power Rankings, only after Calgary.
