They certainly greatly improved HWY#1 except they had no intention of paying for it. Due to the ridiculously high tolls on the bridge, most people NoF got a great new road while people SoF had to pay for it. It was the NDP that took off the tolls.

The liberals did little? Compared to the NDP?
The liberals upgraded the sea to sky.
The liberals upgraded the Bennett bridge in Kelowna.
The liberals upgraded highway 1 from Vancouver to Langley including the 10 lane Port Mann.
The liberals built the SFPR, sure it was under built but we all know the NDP wouldn’t have done it at all.
The liberals built the Pitt River Bridge and the Golden Ears.
The liberals built the Canada line.
The liberals built the Evergreen line.
The liberals WOULD have built the 10 lane Massey tunnel.
Sorry, but the NDP has done little to this magnitude, nor have they even touched the okanagan. The only thing I can think of in the interior is the sicamous bridge replacement but that came after years of red flags from the mayor urging action or someone would die. Lo and behold, someone did die. In a spectacular way.
The Patullo Bridge replacement, UBC and Langley Sky train and the additional upgrades to highway 1 are the only big ticket items underway that I can think of, and they’ve been in power for almost ten years.
