So the shorter tower is basically topped out. Seems kind of silly to have a tower/podium like that and be 8 floors. I would figure a minimum of 12/14 floors to have it make sense aesthetically but once the rest of the block is built it will probably seem more natural.
I can tell you looking south from Bayview station is a treat. So is looking east... and west! Lots of developing skylines to admire. Hopefully this pace of development can continue despite the downturn in immigration and international students. Also likely looking at some cuts to public sector jobs.
