Yeah, from Kearny (or even Taylor) to the Embarcadero definitely is ripe for something like this. I hope they can address the Civic Center area in anticipation of this. Even Van Ness @ Market is kinda sketchy.
As for traffic, would they funnel it through Mission and Howard Sts?
