I think that particular rendering has been outdated for awhile. You can tell how the second level of exposed beams differs as well. Additionally, that render has 32 residential floors, whereas the actual version only has 30 (which aligns with the elevation drawings).

I believe the render below is the closest to reality, and it makes me think that the final beams aren't structural and could possibly be included later.
