Since the tenant leased the lower and middle floors of the tower. I wonder if they demanded more outdoor space. All of the articles about this lease show setbacks on the south facade which were not there in the most recent renderings prior to now. Further, the setback that was on the north facade (around 15 floors up) is now gone.

The extra setbacks improve the tower’s appearance. While it's not 1 Vanderbilt, it looks better than in the prior renderings, and I suspect that the materials will be incredible.

I wonder if it's still around 850 feet tall? If so, it should be prominent on the skyline -- similar to 30 Rock.
