Looks like the top of the slanted roof is about 988 feet. So what is above that that will be noticable. I am pleased with the building but I dont think this looks to me to be the tallest in texas not even 1000 feet much less 1031. maybe i am wrong.
Final concrete beams going in soon for the crown! Also some nice progress on landscaping, new bike lane on Red River, and connection from Cesar Chavez to Waller Creek trail.
This project showed back up in the FAA obstruction evaluation queue today. That is supposed to happen whenever a project is within five days of reaching it's tallest height.
Also, I don't think the building elevations we have for Waterline accurrately reflect the variations in the site elevations. Maybe we should go with the 1,034' FAA height for Corner D?

It might look taller if they paint the balconies white. The renderings look like a beige or orange color. Also what’s the deal with this 20’ parapet on the elevation drawing Not sure if any elevation drawings are accurate as it also doesn’t show the residential floors getting larger as they rise. No rendering I’ve seen shows a parapet just a roof.

The parapet is there, but it's hard to visualize from the angle of the DWG. The drawing shows the Northeast-facing side, so the best I could find to match up with it was this odd rendering.
ATX tower looks like one of those photoshopped under construction towers in professional skyline pics or new renderings where they just "finish" the exposed floors and do a faux top out with zero detail lmao
