23 Toronto Street: a proposed 80-storey mixed-use designed by SvN for Goband Investment on the southeast corner of Toronto Street and Adelaide Street East, in the Old Toronto area of Downtown.
Just as I thought, I started a thread for this in 2023. It's on page 13 of Proposals. It didn't show up for me in a Google search, which is probably why koops missed it. I can't post a link from my location. It doesn't really matter, except for organizational, eschewing-redundancy purposes.
Thanks to paclo at UT for the update on this, including the new design, which I think is an improvement on the original. Odd, though, that the cover letter mentions a total height of 291m, whereas it is apparently confirmed as 299m.
