I see (per the ABJ) that Wilson has shifted from not building his announced projects in Austin to now saying he's spending $2.2 billion to build 3.6K homes in Lockhart. Call me skeptical.

HA!!!! If he can't secure capital to build the tower - how in the heck will he secure $2.2B for housing in Lockhart?!? He can't even finish housing projects currently under construction on time now.
