I think the odds are in our favor due to the programming at the site. 50 Hudson is way to bulky for its height. We don't need a repeat.
It's still not entirely clear what the podiums will contain. A movie theater complex like was originally being considered on the eastern half would be nice. Related hasn't spoken much about the podiums, just that they will be lower than what was planned with the casino.
