It could be, or some underground utilities, etc., but there is nothing say it belongs to anyone or anything. I don't see any convenient places for buses to stop either.

Yes, it's for the bus drivers. I think there's a little table, microwave, sink, and a toilet.

Sunny and 30 (humidex 37) at just before 1:30pm. First 30 degree day in the back yard, likely only one of a handful for the summer.

Death. Building closed, thankfully, so home in a cold bath.

Air conditioning was invented a long time ago.

It's mostly sunny at the moment in Vancouver, at a comfortable 19 to 22°C, with humidity around 50 to 60%, and a small breeze.

You could probably develop a new police procedural for TV based on your doorbell camera.

You could get Allan Hawco to be the star (he could play you).

Good luck!

19C and sunny in Moncton at 9 AM, going up to 23C this afternoon with a 60% chance of showers or thunderstorms.

Moncton escaped the nasty stuff yesterday, but, there was an intense string of thunderstorms over central and northwestern NB late yesterday afternoon.
