Interesting thanks as always for the scoops.

Kind of weird they launched that Douglas Coupland suite at Pac Rim if they were in the process of selling it. I wonder how long that project lasts.

Shangri-La Vancouver lists as divested (it was previously a Past Project on Peterson's website as recently as March 2025) Pac Rim is still "Past Project"
