According to their
website the crown will have penthouse amenities. Personally I find this frustrating, it's a similar approach to 6G where only the penthouse residents get access to the top-floor space. I much prefer how buildings like the Hanovers, Austonian, ATX Tower and 415 Colorado handle it, with rooftop amenities open to all residents. Restricting access to the top-floor amenity feels unnecessarily exclusive when you're already paying so much to live in these buildings.
