What a wasted opportunity. That would have been a wicked spot for a residents lounge or as a CRU along the lines of a restaurant, could have had the dining room looking out.

Are they just going to leave the concrete bare? Surely they could at least paint it.

^In the page 1 renderings it appears to be painted. And the fins should have corten steel…but it looks like that might have been eliminated now? The fins look finished in those latest construction pics. But it’s hard to tell.

Maybe the renderings are inverted and the fins are to be white (which they are) and the rest of the building is to be clad in Corten Steel.

no corten steel on fins, it's white panels and thats the finished look. crane is down and no scafolding so i assume concrete unfinished is how its staying

I thought developers had to stick to the proposed cladding materials? Or maybe we missed an update on this building somewhere along the way? That raw concrete looks brutal and unfinished. Especially next to the white finished fins.

The concrete will be clad in pre-finished metal panel.

They put strip lights on it for night time but they look…cheap, especially compared to the other towers downtown. If you’ve seen it you know what I mean.
