Level 2: 75,869 (Tenant 3 => 25,000?)
Level 3: 78,165 (Tenant 3 => 78,165)

Unless West Vancouver is crazy about Simons they seem kind of close. I mean if the existing Simons was in Oakridge or Metrotown it would make more sense to have two locations.

Simons in Park Royal is always fairly busy. Shopping for West Van residents without crossing a bridge.

Oakridge is closer to Pacific Centre than Park Royal is, and there's no bridge.

Nice, thanks.
Decathlon would have been mentioned in the laundry lists way back when Nordstrom closed.
I wonder if Decathlon will be at Robson & Granville or Robson & Howe (across from SportChek?).

But I mean if they opened their first Vancouver location downtown I doubt they would have opened a second location in Park Royal. It's not one of their top-selling stores in the chain either.

Quote:
The Toronto stores could become the top-selling locations for the company, with La Maison Simons estimating that sales at the two locations could be in the $100 million range combined — currently Simons’ total annual sales are in excess of $650 million, with two thirds of those (about $430 million) being in its 17 physical stores and the remainder being online. Currently the top-selling Simons stores in the chain are the Place Ste-Foy (Quebec City) and downtown Montreal flagships.

Update on Former Hotel – Notice of Noisy Work
– June 16 to July 4 from 7:30 am to 3 pm daily
As part of the partial demolition of the former Four Seasons Hotel, PCL will be conducting jackhammering to remove the concrete panels on the exterior of the building between June 16 and July 4. This work will take place during daytime hours between 7:30 am and 3 pm and will generate intermittent noise in the area. Lane closures and sidewalk disruptions along Howe Street will continue. However, the east lane on Howe will re-open after 3 pm daily.

Rumour is Aritzia is looking to relocate into the old Nordstrom and consolidate the Robson / Thurlow and PC locations into a larger flagship.

I wonder if their lease had the same demo clause that Starbucks said was one of the reasons they dumped that location.

They got building grades in 2017

The Granville corner would be a bit rough for Aritizia.
Maybe the Georgia space (but is that big enough?) or the Howe corner space.

Their Robson building (not on the corner) is for sale but also indicates the lease expires in 2029

Quote:
A rare opportunity to purchase a prime commercial real estate asset located along Robson Street, 1110 Robson Street (the
“Property”) is a single tenanted retail building situated in the heart of Downtown Vancouver’s most iconic shopping and dining
district. The Property comprises 3,565 sq. ft. of leasable area situated on 4,061 sq. ft. of land. Fully leased to Aritzia, a prominent
clothing retailer with over 120 boutiques across North America and a global eCommerce platform, the Property has steady
income in place until January 31, 2029.
